Day 1: April 11 (Tue)

Morning Session 9:30 - 12:00
Stay Strong and Resilient With Yoga, Standing Poses and Backbends
Desiree and Andrew have new ideas to share with you about weaving strength with flexibility for a more sustainable and healing practice. Everyone will make progress in this class, even if they have a stiff spine.

Afternoon Session14:00 - 16:30
 Fluid and Free: Seated and Supine Poses to Loosen tight lower backs, knees and feet. 
Until we have the experience of freedom in these areas of our body, we don’t even realize how much we need these poses. Release stress and holding patterns and experience the freedom that is your birthright.

Day 2: August 12 (Wed)
Morning Session 9:30 - 12:00
The Antidote to Text Neck Syndrome: Yoga to Strengthen the Neck, Shoulders and Wrists
Nowadays, almost everyone is dealing with neck and shoulder stiffness due to increased use of technology. Since computers and smartphones are not going away any time soon, the best way to move forward is to strengthen the weak parts and free up the stiff parts. 

Afternoon Session14:00 - 16:30
A New You: Put Everything Into Practice 
This class will include a bit of everything, giving everyone a chance to practice the new skills we have been working on over the weekdays. Even if this is the only class you can attend over the weekdays, you will come away with new strengthening work that will greatly benefit you physically and mentally.
